The family business Expovorm was founded in 1987 by Peter and Ineke Hilbrink. The company has since been transferred to the next generation, Pauline Hilbrink and Gerwin Altena. With our close-knit and enthusiastic team, we are known for our creativity, technical solutions and perseverance. As a result, we continue to build beautiful exhibition stands and accomplish inspiring showrooms and temporary customer experiences with a tight deadline.

Our professionals arrange everything from start to finish whatever you purchase or rent from us. We take care of the correct preparation, assembly and installation. Of course we also plan a final inspection before the fair or live event starts. Because we want to deliver the highest quality!
Afterwards we dismantle everything and transport everything to our own storage space. When you need the material again, you know exactly where it is.

SUSTAINABILITY IS STANDARD
The reuse and recycling of materials is always paramount at our own design department. This is good for the environment and cost-efficient. A more sustainable world certainly doesn’t need to be a more expensive world.
If reuse is not possible, the material will be recycled in consultation with our customers and suppliers. Sometimes we donate it to a social cause. If you want to take the next step in becoming more sustainable, please contact us.

Our team
Pauline
Zes jaar oud en daar sta je dan aan de hand van je moeder. Voor het eerst met je ouders mee naar de beurs. Een grote lege hal en volgeladen vrachtwagens in de rij om uitgeladen te worden. Niemand staat stil en samen toveren ze de hal in een mum van tijd om tot een grote snoepparadijs (snoepbeurs). Zover als ik kan kijken, zie ik kleine en grote snoepwinkels. Dit was het moment waar ik met eigen ogen heb kunnen zien wat je in korte tijd kunt creëren als je samenwerkt. Samenwerken is en blijft de belangrijkste drijfveer binnen Expovorm.
Gerwin
Vijf jaar geleden ben ik begonnen bij Expovorm op de financiële afdeling. Inmiddels maak ik deel uit van het managementteam en sinds kort ben ik samen met Pauline eigenaar geworden van Expovorm. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de financiële kant van het bedrijf. Daarnaast ben ik betrokken bij internationale sales en ga ik graag af en toe mee naar beurzen. Samen hard werken onder tijdsdruk is wat mij daarin erg aanspreekt
Peter
Sinds kort hebben Ineke en ik Expovorm overgedragen. Na 28 jaar hard werken is het tijd voor een nieuwe generatie. Toen wij het bedrijf begonnen dacht ik: ik kan dit, ik wil dit en ik doe dit. Ik heb er vertrouwen in dat zij met net zoveel energie en passie het bedrijf zullen voortzetten. Ondanks dat ik niet meer de dagelijkse leiding over Expovorm heb, blijf ik nog steeds met veel plezier werkzaam bij Expovorm. Ik hoop samen met Ineke nog jaren Expovorm wereldwijd te vertegenwoordigen.
Simone
Zestien jaar geleden ben ik als stagiaire van het CIBAP begonnen bij Expovorm. Inmiddels ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de planning en aansturing van alle teams. Deze teams zijn onder mijn leiding verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van al onze projecten. Soms lopen er 20 verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd in 7 verschillende landen. Gekkenwerk is het soms, maar telkens als het allemaal weer gelukt is, geeft dat een enorme kick. Dat maakt dat ik een super uitdagende en afwisselende baan heb.
Peter
Bij Expovorm werk ik al 11 jaar met veel plezier. Eigenlijk heb ik meerdere banen in één: standbouwer, projectbegeleider, vrachtwagenchauffeur en timmerman. Deze diversiteit en het samenwerken aan mooie projecten door heel Europa, is wat mij erg aanspreekt in dit werk. Vandaag werk ik in Parijs en morgen in Londen en volgende week weer in het magazijn bij Expovorm. Iedere dag is anders en telkens weer maken wij daar weer iets moois van.
