For Bouwbeurs 2025, they faced two key challenges: preparations started later than planned, and a large number of their own materials needed to be integrated into a functional and visually striking exhibition stand.

A Stress-Free Bouwbeurs Experience – Thanks to Expovorm
In just four months, Expovorm brought our vision to life perfectly. And that’s saying something, considering we started preparations far too late—even with my own background in stand construction!
A rookie mistake? Absolutely. But with Expovorm by our side, we didn’t worry about a thing. Every detail was handled flawlessly.
Even in the days leading up to setup, they checked in: “Have you registered your vehicles?” Of course, we hadn’t. No problem—just give them the license plates, and Expovorm took care of it immediately with the event organizers. Service with a capital “S”!
And the stand itself… what a showstopper! Exactly like the visuals—maybe even better. No cookie-cutter design here; we brought a lot of materials from a previous exhibition: lightboxes, TV pedestals, and even a self-made demo house. A week before the fair, Expovorm coordinated everything, brought it all together, and integrated it seamlessly into the stand.
We were completely taken care of. Our little house wasn’t quite finished yet—otherwise, they would have gladly built that too.
Everything went exactly as planned, allowing us to focus entirely on our own preparations—without a single worry about the stand.
And the cherry on top? Our eye-catching punching machine! Delivered, received, and installed on-site by the Expovorm team. They knew exactly where it should go and how it worked—perfectly prepared, as always.
The conclusion is simple: our spot for 2027 is already reserved—and, of course, Expovorm will build our stand again. Bigger, even more creative, and once again completely stress-free!
